CHALLENGE:
Shell Polymers was preparing to launch a disruptive customer-first model in a highly competitive, skeptical market. Internally, the challenge was belief: employees and stakeholders needed to see the vision, feel the momentum, and trust that Shell was entering the market as a challenger brand with credibility.

SOLUTION:
We created Start Believing, an immersive brand experience that united physical, digital, and live touchpoints. The campaign included a high-impact launch event with 400+ industry leaders, LED-branded wearables at a Duran Duran concert, and over 100 creative assets spanning signage, digital screens, packaging, and motion graphics. By blending storytelling with spectacle, we turned skepticism into energy and belief.
